    Hi Trinath,
    I am trying to create new project document and running the workflow until Export task. But when i opened "rulerunner_rrs.log" there's no 'Loading CCO' file. And in the 'Rulerunner.xml' didn't find 'DATAFILE : namefile.xml', and i can't find metadata from the document.
    Can you help me on this?? Really need the solution.

    Hi Dian,
    Can u please let me know which type of Recognition engine(OCR,ICR) you are using,
    If you use the Analise Image action at PageID level ,it wont creates a .CCO file,
    So ,if u use any of the recognition engine ,then the .CCO file will be generated.

    Please check with any of Recognition engines at PageID level and if you still have same problem,send me the Rulerunner log at trinath645433@gmail.com
