Error description

Convert Running, fails to process the Excel document and stays in Convert

Running We are having a problem with some Excel files that are soft scanned.

The convert seams to hang on the Excel doc and the batch stays in Convert Running.

It also maxes the CPU of the Convert Client, bpilot.exe. So, not only does it not

convert the batch or abort it, it ties up the Convert Client until it is manually stopped

by a support engineer.
