IO14709: DOCUMENT INTEGRITY FAILURE

Error description

when documents fail the document integrity check a fixup task is is initiated, the

first document that failed is highlighted and placed in the viewer for attention as

shown below. When we try to join it with the previous document or When we try to

create a new document level, it will not let us proceed to fix the document.
